Magistrate Margaret Hunter agreed, rejecting arguments from the lawyer for the 18-year-old that he was only charged over one of the incidents and had nothing to do with the alleged victim who had died."This appears to be a gang scamming this unfortunate individual," Magistrate Hunter said."The modus operandi is significantly similar.
Each contestant is standing at opposite ends of the dark room with a very large two-way mirror between them.
Looks are taken out of the equation as the men and women get to know each other and form bonds in total darkness. And, to complete the picture, they also get a clue about each other outside the darkroom: photos of their homes, or being able to check out their luggage — anything that conveys information about the single.
The singles meet up every day in the darkroom — first as a group, then one on one. And of course, all of their experiences are discussed in detail in each side of the house, with rivalries flaring up when two people set their sights on the same person.
Other episodes include sketch artists drawing contestants' impressions of each other.
After the one-on-one dates, each contestant can choose to invite another that they wish to see.
